Job summary

Munters in Daleville, VA seeks a Painter/Powder Coater for the night shift to perform painting, foam spray, and powder coating on components and fixtures. Responsibilities include setup, operation, and maintenance of spray equipment, maintaining logs, and adhering to quality and safety procedures.

Responsibilities span paint, foam spray, and powder coat duties, with emphasis on meeting customer specifications and company QA standards.

Qualifications

• Experience operating paint spray systems and foam spray systems.
• Ventilation and safety compliance knowledge a plus.
• Able to read and follow work orders and quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and paint components, fixtures, and base frames per instructions.
• Set up, operate, and maintain paint spraying equipment and spray booth.
• Prepare surfaces for foam spray and mask areas accordingly.
• Operate and maintain powder coating equipment, bake oven, and related tooling.
• Accurately complete logs and quality documentation and report issues.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and follow safety rules.
