Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of paint line/equipment experience.
• Knowledge of paint equipment and processes.
• Hands-on maintenance with hand tools.
• Good human relations and teamwork.
• Ability to work in a non-temperature-controlled manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots paint line equipment and optimizes spray patterns and efficiency.
• Ensures first-piece start-ups meet quality standards and reduces defects.
• Sets up and starts equipment quickly to minimize material loss.
• Maintains high efficiency with minimal rejects across operations.
• Performs preventive maintenance on paint equipment and secondary devices.
• Guides maintenance personnel on machinery issues.
• Supports 5S zoning and conducts weekly improvement meetings.
• Backs up other paint-line positions as needed.
