Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands, Inc. in Gaffney, SC seeks a Paint Technician for 1st shift (Mon-Fri 7am-3pm) with base pay $26/hour, weekly pay, and benefits starting day 1. Join a team focused on efficient paint processes and quality output.

You will troubleshoot and optimize paint line equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and support 5S initiatives. Requires 3+ years paint experience and LOTO training; work in a non-temperature-controlled factory environment.

Qualifications

• LOTO Authorized Training required.
• Minimum 3 years of paint line/equipment experience.
• Able to perform duties of all positions in paint area.
• Good knowledge of paint equipment / processes.
• Able to work in a non-temperature-controlled manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots paint equipment and optimizes spray patterns.
• Submits quality first piece start-ups and improves paint process stability.
• Cycles and starts up equipment with minimal material loss.
• Maintains safety and provides guidance to maintenance personnel.
• Leads 5S zone activities and participates in weekly meetings.
• Performs preventive maintenance on paint equipment and supports other duties as needed.
