Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dynamic Paint Line Supervisor in Georgia to lead a high‑volume paint line in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting. You will oversee daily operations, ensure safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement across the line.

You will mentor a team of operators, implement 5S, manage maintenance of spray guns and line equipment, and coordinate with other departments to meet production schedules. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in a paint line setting.
• Proven experience with 5S methodologies, spray guns, epoxies, and urethanes.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
• Strong technical skills, with a good understanding of paint line equipment and processes.
• The ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities
