Well established industrial manufacturing company seeking an experienced Paint Line Supervisor to join our growing team.

We are seeking an experienced Paint Line Supervisor to oversee daily operations of an industrial paint/coating line within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position will be responsible for supervising production employees, ensuring products meet quality standards, maintaining efficient production flow, and promoting a safe and organized work environment.

The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience with industrial painting or coating processes, strong leadership skills, and the ability to troubleshoot production and equipment issues while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Job Details

• 5+ years of supervisory or leadership experience within an industrial manufacturing, production, or finishing environment.
• Proven experience leading, training, and developing production employees, including assigning daily work, monitoring performance, and maintaining productivity standards.
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of powder coating and industrial paint processes, including surface preparation, coating application, curing, and finishing.
• Solid understanding of paint and powder coating quality standards, including identifying defects, maintaining consistent coverage, monitoring coating thickness, and ensuring finished products meet customer specifications.
• Experience troubleshooting paint and powder coating issues and implementing corrective actions to improve quality, reduce scrap, and minimize production downtime.
