Job summary

Buckeye Fire Equipment Co. is seeking a Paint Line Technician for our Kings Mountain, NC facility. This full-time role will involve hanging parts to be coated, processing and inspecting finished parts, while upholding strict quality standards and production goals.

The position requires lifting up to 50 pounds, flexibility to rotate operations, and weekend overtime as needed. A team-oriented mindset and ability to communicate urgency to supervisors are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to Lift 50 pounds above head on a consistent basis.
• Flexibility to rotate to a different operation within the facility as needed.
• Ability to work overtime on the weekend as business conditions indicate.
• Willingness to cross train on numerous product lines.
• Ability to work well in teams.
• Ability to communicate with urgency to team leader / supervisor on nonconforming issues.

We are seeking a Paint Line Technician to join our growing team!

Full-time employees are eligible for a weekly attendance bonus! Eligible employees can receive an additional $1 per hour, for every hour worked, in addition to their hourly wages for working their scheduled shift.

The Paint Line Technician is responsible for

• Hanging parts to be coated
• Once processed, remove parts for inspection
• Adhere to quality standards and production goals
• Maintain a clean workspace
• May be required to perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor
