Job summary

Owen Industries in Casselton area is seeking a Paint Line Production Worker to support our powder coating process. You will position parts, help ensure flawless finishes, and participate in inspection to meet exacting standards.

Responsibilities include hanging and unhang parts, maintaining spacing for even coating, and keeping a safe, clean workspace on a fast-paced line. Training is available, and veterans are welcome to apply.

What You’ll Do:

You’ll be a key player in our powder coating process—responsible for ensuring parts are perfectly placed, thoroughly inspected, and meet our exacting standards every time.

  • Hang and unhang parts with care and precision, following the Paint System Tech’s workflow
  • Ensure proper spacing and positioning to guarantee even coating
  • Inspect each piece for quality issues like light spots, drips, or coating inconsistencies
  • Keep your workspace clean and safe while contributing to an efficient production line
What You Bring to the Table:
  • Strength and stamina—able to lift and move heavy materials safely throughout your shift
  • A keen eye for detail and a drive for excellence in everything you do
  • Experience with powder coating? That’s a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right candidate
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or a similar hands-on role is helpful
