WFA Staffing Group is seeking an experienced Powder Coat Painter to join a growing manufacturing team in Wisconsin. You will apply high-quality powder coat finishes, prepare parts, and operate curing ovens to ensure proper bake times and temperatures.

The role offers full-time hours, 1st shift, weekly pay, overtime opportunities, and potential for temp-to-hire or direct hire. Candidates should have experience with powder coating equipment, good eye for inspection, and the ability to lift up to

• Previous powder coating or industrial painting experience preferred.
• Experience operating powder coating equipment.
• Ability to identify coating defects and perform quality inspections.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable and dependable with a positive work ethic.
