Job summary

G.A. Richards Group in Kentucky is seeking an entry-level paint line worker for powder coating operations. You will be responsible for hanging, prepping, and painting parts on a production line with overtime opportunities.

The role offers an hourly pay range of $16 at entry level and $17–$18 for relevant experience, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, sick time, and PTO after 90 days. This is a full-time, on-site position with shift from 4:30 AM to 1:00 PM plus overtime.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position on a paint line.
• No prior experience required (though relevant experience increases pay).
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate powder coating spray equipment on a production line.
• Prepare surfaces for painting and mix paint as required.
• Inspects finished work and maintains equipment and work area.

Requires the ability to follow demonstrated instructions and no previous experience

Requires physical dexterity and hand-eye coordination

Mixes paint products as required

Prepares surfaces for painting

Cleans and maintains equipment

Inspects completed work and corrects defects
