The role requires 2+ years of related experience, forklift proficiency, and the ability to use micrometers and calipers to ensure product quality. Strong math skills and computer literacy (Excel, Oracle) are essential for production tracking.

The ideal candidate will maintain safe, organized work areas, read production schedules, and support continuous improvement efforts on the coating line.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a production line and using measuring tools.
• Ability to read charts and production schedules.
• Proficient with basic computer tasks and data recording.

Responsibilities

• Use micrometer and calipers to check diameters and tolerances.
• Operate line via computer-controlled equipment and monitor output.
• Move coils with forklift and transport to designated areas.
• Maintain safe, clean work area and follow procedures.
