Qualifications

• Must understand decimals and fractions.
• Must read simple charts.
• Must receive oral instructions from supervisor/lead.
• Must view surroundings and work safely.
• Detail oriented; reports must be accurate and defects noticed.
• Lift between 3-27 lbs for aluminum, 7-62 lbs steel, 12-42 lbs copper.

Responsibilities

• Set up length controls, width guides, and machinery.
• Load cartons into carton magazine.
• Prepare cartons and seal with tools.
• Move finished product to shipping pallet.
• Verify product labels and accuracy.
• Wrap pallets and transport with forklift.
• Stock supplies and fill paperwork.
• Record time and production data accurately.
