Job summary

Accelevation LLC in Memphis, TN is seeking a Maintenance Technician III for the 2nd shift to monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain painting line equipment. You will perform preventative and corrective maintenance, repair motors, sensors, drives, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and document work orders with accuracy.

You bring 5+ years of hands-on manufacturing maintenance, strong mechanical skills, and an electrical background.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Experience with painting lines or coating systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and support paint line operations to ensure consistent performance, quality, and uptime.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment as issues arise.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment, conveyors, pumps, motors, and related systems.
• Replace, repair, and rebuild components including motors, bearings, gearboxes, sensors, and controls.
• Diagnose equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement permanent corrective actions.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
• Support equipment installation, upgrades, and process improvements as needed.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and parts usage documentation.
• Follow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout requirements, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Operations to support manufacturing goals.
