Willcox Matthews Ltd in Greeneville, TN is seeking a Maintenance Technician for 2nd and 3rd shifts in a fast-paced, highly automated manufacturing environment. The role focuses on troubleshooting, machine repair, automation, and getting equipment back online efficiently.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience with strong mechanical and electrical skills, PLC knowledge, and the ability to work independently in a high-volume plant.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills in complex systems.
• Electrical troubleshooting and PLC/controls experience required.
• Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics is essential.
• Robotics, CNC or automation experience is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical breakdowns.
• Repair production machinery and equipment to minimize downtime.
• Perform PLC and controls troubleshooting.
• Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Work with robotics and automated equipment.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and PM records.
• MIG welding and weld-fixture repairs as needed.
• Record downtime and maintenance activities.
