Job summary

JOST International is seeking a Paint Line Loader-Unloader Lead to manage the day-to-day operation of the Load/Unload line under the Paint Line Supervisor. You will plan, schedule, and coordinate line activities and serve as floor presence.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of Paint Line Load/Unload experience, good attendance, and the ability to obtain forklift certification and operate overhead hoist. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of Paint Line Load/Unload experience.
• Maintain a good attendance record.
• Ability to gain forklift certification and safely operate overhead air hoist.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work as an effective and cohesive team member and take direction from leadership.
• Microsoft Office Excel/Word/Teams experience desired.
• Ability to gain knowledge of company products. Comply with quality, environmental, safety and JOST company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate line loading and unloading.
• Is responsible for all Load/Unload Line duties including labeling and identifying parts.
• Is responsible to follow and adhere to company processes for inspection of parts, including final painted parts.
• Any additional duties that have not been specifically stated, but which may be assigned and those that are logically and properly inherent to this position.
