Job summary

Monroe, GA is seeking entry level paint line helpers to join the team. This is an evaluation-to-hire position after 90 days, with shifts from 5am to 3:30pm (Mon-Thu) and 5am to 1:30pm on Fridays; second shift 3:30pm to 2am (Mon-Thu) and 1:30pm to 12am on Fridays. OT as needed.

Pay rate is $16/hr. Benefits upon hire include production bonus, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K with profit sharing, and paid vacation plus holidays.

Qualifications

• Entry level, no experience required.
• Ability to lift 40 to 50lbs consistently.
• Physically demanding position with lots manual and heavy lifting.
