Job summary

Fettig Jobs in Michigan is hiring for Paint Line / Inspector roles on the 1st shift near Cedar Springs. You will load and unload parts, prep items for painting, operate tools, and perform quality checks to ensure standards at each stage.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or GED, can lift 50+ pounds, and have basic math and computer skills. Prior manufacturing or paint experience is a plus, with paid Fridays and immediate start as perks.

Qualifications

• Comfortable operating power and hand tools and using a computer.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload parts onto racks and move finished products within the facility.
• Paint parts and products.
• Perform quality checks for imperfections.
• Assemble finished parts as needed.

Job description

Paint Line workers and Inspectors needed for 1st shift openings near Cedar Springs! Individuals in this role will be responsible for loading and unloading parts onto racking systems, preparing products to be painted, and performing quality checks throughout to ensure standards are being met at each stage of the painting process.

Paint Line / Inspector Responsibilities:

• Load and unload parts onto racks
• Paint parts and products
• Perform quality checks, checking for imperfections
• Perform assembly of finished parts
• Move finished product within facility
• Additional responsibilities as assigned

Paint Line / Inspector Requirements:

• Able to lift 50+ pounds
• Comfortably operate power / hand tools and use a computer
• Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Previous paint experience (preferred)
• Previous manufacturing experience (1+ year required)
• Able to read, write, and perform basic math

Schedule Details for Paint Line / Inspector:

• 1st Shift
