Job summary

You will enforce safety guidelines, monitor productivity and quality, coach staff, and coordinate staffing to meet production targets. Experience in manufacturing leadership and MS Office skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years leadership experience preferred.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred; OSHA10 is a plus.
• Basic MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the paint area including prep/sand, paint, and final assembly.
• Coach and train employees; enforce safety and company policies.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and production metrics; report to supervisor.
• Staffing adjustments including shifts and overtime to meet targets.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and safe operations.
• Identify process improvements and implement with supervision.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Interpret work orders and ensure teams have necessary materials.
