Würth Baer Supply Company is seeking a Coating Specialist (Territory Manager) to drive paint, stain and finish sales across Illinois and Wisconsin. You will manage existing accounts, identify growth opportunities, and deliver exceptional service to customers in a dynamic, field-based role.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of outside sales experience, a preferred Bachelor's degree, sharp Excel skills, and strong written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of outside sales experience selling similar goods.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle current customer accounts and grow sales in IL/WI.
• Grow accounts and expand market share.
• Travel within Illinois and Wisconsin as needed.
