Job summary

Toyota Material Handling North America (TMHNA) seeks a Paint Department Supervisor to lead the Paint department, align with company plans, and drive cross-functional collaboration for operational excellence.

The role requires 3–5 years in manufacturing leadership, a Bachelor’s in Operations Management, and strong strategic, communication, and problem-solving skills. On-site in East Chicago, IN, with a 6:30 am–3:00 pm schedule, occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or equivalent.
• Strong strategic thinking, decision-making and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Able to pass pre-employment background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Supervise activities of Paint department personnel.
• Lead department scheduling and set priorities based on the company plan.
