Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a delivery driver to transport products from Sherwin-Williams stores to customers with box and flat-bed trucks. You will ensure deliveries are complete, properly loaded, and safely delivered, while maintaining customer satisfaction and meeting routes and time schedules.

Responsibilities include loading orders, operating equipment, performing warehouse duties, and preparing delivery reports.

Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years old.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
Must have a valid DOT MEC certificate or be willing to obtain one within five business days of offer.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
Must read and speak English sufficiently for customer interactions and reporting.
Internal Sherwin-Williams employees must have a 3 rating and completed HR Cloud eLearning courses.

Responsibilities

Deliver products to customers from Sherwin-Williams stores using box and flat-bed trucks.
Load customer orders properly onto the truck and ensure safe, timely transport.
Maintain store vehicle and report repair needs.
Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints.
Adhere to routes and time schedules; follow transportation laws.
Prepare reports and documents related to deliveries; operate related equipment.
Perform warehouse duties such as tinting and mixing customer orders.
