Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a delivery driver to transport products from Sherwin-Williams stores to customers using box and flat-bed trucks. Deliveries must be complete, properly packed, and delivered safely and on time, while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include loading orders, following routes and schedules, completing delivery paperwork, operating vehicles and warehouse equipment, and assisting with tinting and mixing orders as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must have a DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC) or be willing to obtain one within five business days of a conditional offer.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Must read and speak English sufficiently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products from Sherwin‑Williams stores to customers on assigned routes.
• Load customer orders onto the truck and ensure proper packing.
• Prepare and complete required delivery paperwork.
• Load, transport, and deliver items to customers safely and on time.
• Maintain the store vehicle and report maintenance needs.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer questions or complaints.
• Adhere to routes and time schedules.
• Follow transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
• Prepare reports related to deliveries and operate basic warehouse equipment.
• Assist with tinting and mixing orders as needed.
