Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company in Timonium, MD is hiring a delivery driver to transport products from store #705170 to customers using box and flat-bed trucks.

You will load orders, deliver safely and on time, maintain the vehicle, and provide excellent customer service while following routes, schedules, and safety rules. Requires 21+, valid license, DOT MEC, and ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must have a valid DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC) or be willing to obtain one within five business days of conditional offer.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Must read and speak English sufficiently to communicate with customers and complete reports.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers from store using box and flat-bed trucks.
• Load customer orders properly on the truck and ensure secure transport.
• Maintain vehicle and report repairs needs to supervisor.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries/complaints.
• Adhere to routes, schedules, and transportation laws.
• Perform store and warehouse duties as needed, including tinting and mixing orders.
