Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for Store #3318 in York, PA. You will help wholesale and retail customers, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions to meet their needs.

You will strive for high levels of customer satisfaction, process sales transactions, stock shelves, tint and mix products, support deliveries, and maintain accurate records while meeting monthly sales goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams rating of 'meets expectations' required.
• Completed HR Cloud eLearning courses for current position.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service to customers.
• Assist in person and over the phone with product needs.
• Process sales transactions accurately.
• Pull products from floor/warehouse.
• Tint and mix products per specs.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist deliveries.
• Maintain in-stock, presentable areas.
• Suggest ways to improve sales.
