Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company in Seabrook, NH is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, and recommend product solutions. You will help resolve issues and ensure maximum client satisfaction while maintaining store standards and meeting sales goals.

Responsibilities include assisting customers in person and by phone, processing transactions, stocking and tinting products, and supporting deliveries as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employees must have a rating of at least meets expectations (3).
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employees must have completed HR Cloud eLearning courses for their current position.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
• Follow and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Pull products from floor or warehouse and tint/mix as needed.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; clean store equipment.
• Assist in loading/unloading delivery trucks and making deliveries as needed.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition of assigned areas.
• Stay knowledgeable on products and discuss available options.
