Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company in Warwick, RI is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist customers in person and by phone, help find the right solutions, and ensure prompt resolution of issues. You will maintain store displays, process sales, and support deliveries, with a focus on meeting monthly and yearly sales goals and upholding quality, service, and product knowledge.

Qualifications

Must be at least eighteen years old.
Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship now or in the future.
Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
Must lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures to meet sales goals.
Maintain precise work order files and display shelves to keep the store organized and inviting.
Assist in deliveries and other warehouse activities as needed to support store operations.
