Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends
• Prior customer service or retail experience preferred
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employees: meet expectations rating and HR Cloud eLearning completion

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies
• Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition in assigned areas
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss options available
• Comply with inventory control procedures
• Suggest ways to improve sales
