Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for Store #2015 at 3238 Wrightsboro Rd, Augusta, GA 30909. The role is full-time with starting pay of $16.55 per hour.

You will assist customers, answer questions about products, and help maintain high store standards while aiming to meet sales goals. Responsibilities include processing transactions, stocking displays, stocking, tinting/mixing products, and delivering excellent service in person and by phone.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and per policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
