Job summary

The Pittsburgh Paint Company is seeking a Store Sales Associate to join our US Commercial team. You will deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment by assisting retail and contractor customers with product recommendations, color matching, and order support.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help drive sales while maintaining a clean, organized, and customer-focused store.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid driver’s license required.
Customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication skills.
Able to lift up to 80 pounds occasionally and 40–60 pounds routinely.
Able to operate a hand truck or material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and recommending products.
Assist retail and contractor customers with product selection, color matching, and order processing.
Mix, tint, and match paint products per customer specs.
Build knowledge of Pittsburgh Paints Company brands and store processes.
Process customer orders and payments via phone, in-person, online, and email.
Support sales initiatives and help achieve store sales goals.
Load, drive, and deliver customer orders using company vehicle.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
