Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Specialist to support customers at stores within a 15-mile radius of Store #3003 in Beaver Dam, WI. Starting pay is $19.30 per hour or based on experience.

You will help customers select products, process sales, stock shelves, tint and mix, and ensure store presentation meets our standards. Qualifications include 18+, legal work status in the United States, English and Spanish proficiency, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 70

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English; must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion; ability to perform physical tasks.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Maintain accurate work orders and stock, tint and mix products as needed.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; keep store equipment clean.
• Handle deliveries and loading/unloading; assist as needed.
• Remain knowledgeable about products and available options; suggest improvements.
