Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow work instructions in English.
• Ability to work safely around equipment, chemicals and noise.
• Capable of leading shifts and meeting paint booth metrics.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily flow of all aspects of the Paint Booth.
• Train new hires in Paint Booth processes and standards.
• Ensure metrics are understood and tracked across shifts.
• Support other plant areas during slow times or as needed.
