Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training or equivalent.
• Proficient data entry and basic computer skills.

Ensures that the patient’s information is collected, entered into hospital computer system accurately, and that all patients are aware of clinic & hospital policies and procedures. Interviews incoming patient or representatives and enters information required for admission into computer. Distributes appropriate information to all ancillary departments.
