Job summary

Health And Life Organization Inc is seeking a Pain Management Physician to evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic pain. You will develop individualized treatment plans including medications, interventional procedures, rehabilitation, and referrals, coordinating with primary care and specialists.

Schedule is Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–5:30 PM with one hour lunch and supervision of four mid-level clinicians.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school with medical licensure in California.
• Residency in an appropriate specialty or pain medicine fellowship.
• Board certification in Pain Medicine or relevant specialty preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic pain conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans including medications, interventional procedures, and referrals.
• Coordinate care with primary care providers and specialists; ensure EHR documentation.
• Supervise mid-level clinicians and ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
• Educate patients on treatment options, risks, and self-management strategies.
