Job summary

Health & Life Organisation Inc. in Sacramento, CA is seeking a Pain Management Physician to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with acute and chronic pain, developing individualized treatment plans and coordinating care with primary care and specialty teams.

This full-time role follows a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. The physician should hold an MD/DO, California license, and ideally board certification in Pain Medicine, with experience in

Qualifications

• Knowledge of pain assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Experience with interventional pain management procedures.
• Familiarity with opioid stewardship and multimodal pain management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive histories, physicals, and pain assessments.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pain conditions.
• Review diagnostics and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatments.
• Educate patients on conditions, options, risks, and self-management.
• Coordinate care with PCPs and specialists.
