Job summary

Protouch Staffing is seeking a Pain Management Physician (MD/DO) for a full-time, outpatient interventional care role in Phoenix, AZ. You will lead comprehensive pain assessments, perform interventional procedures, and collaborate with PCPs, therapists, and other specialists to deliver coordinated care.

The ideal candidate holds an MD or DO from an accredited medical school, has completed an ACGME Fellowship in Pain Medicine, and is BC/BE certified in Pain Medicine (or related specialty).

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Fellowship in Pain Medicine.
• Board Certification: BC/BE in Pain Medicine (or primary specialty in Anesthesiology, PM&R, Neurology, FM, or EM).
• Active, unrestricted State Medical License, DEA registration, ACLS certification, and 2 professional references.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Care: Conduct comprehensive pain assessments, evaluate diagnostic imaging, and develop individualized care plans to improve functional outcomes.
• Interventional Procedures: Perform appropriate interventional pain procedures within your scope of training and clinical competency.
• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Partner with referring PCPs, physical therapists, behavioral health providers, and specialists to deliver coordinated care.
• Medication & Progress Management: Responsible medication management following clinical guidelines, patient education, and routine progress monitoring using electronic medical records.
