Job summary

KLA Industries, Inc. in Munster, Indiana seeks a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pain Medicine Physician to join its physician-led group.

The physician will provide comprehensive evaluation and interventional treatment for adults, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a high-tech EPIC-enabled environment. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited US medical school (MD or DO).
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine.
• Active Indiana medical license or eligible within 90–120 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and medical/interventional treatment for adult pain patients.
• Perform interventional pain procedures in outpatient and procedure settings.
• Collaborate with spine surgeons, neurologists, orthopedists, and physical therapists.
• Utilize EPIC EHR with AI-driven documentation enhancements.
• Maintain compliance with all guidelines for controlled substances and patient safety.
• Participate in practice development and quality improvement initiatives.
