Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited US medical school (MD or DO).
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine via anesthesia, PM&R, or neurology pathway.
• Active Indiana medical license (or eligible for licensure within 90–120 days).

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for acute and chronic pain in adults.
• Perform interventional pain procedures in outpatient and procedure settings.
• Collaborate with spine surgeons, neurologists, orthopedists, and other clinicians.
• Utilize EPIC EHR with AI-driven documentation enhancements.
• Maintain compliance with controlled substance guidelines and patient safety.
• Participate in practice development and quality improvement initiatives.
