Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of a US medical school (MD or DO).
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine (via Anesthesiology, PM&R, or Neurology subspecialty).
• Active and unrestricted Indiana medical license (or eligible for licensure within 90–120 days).
• Strong proficiency in interventional pain modalities, comprehensive patient assessment, and multidisciplinary care planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and medical/interventional treatment for adults with acute and chronic pain.
• Perform interventional pain procedures in outpatient and procedure settings.
• Collaborate with spine surgeons, neurology, orthopedics, physical therapy, and primary care.
• Utilize EPIC EHR with AI-driven documentation enhancements.
• Maintain compliance with federal/state guidelines on controlled substances and patient safety.
• Participate in practice development and quality improvement.
