Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Completion of a Medical Assistant certification program preferred but not required.
• Current BLS certification required; hybrid or in-person acceptable.
• Current ACLS certification required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Access to a reliable vehicle for clinic visits when needed.

Responsibilities

• Rooms patients according to clinic specifications and provider directions.
• Prepares charts for all clinical patients and records essential data.
• Performs intake of vital signs and clinical information with proper documentation.
• Assists with prescriptions, work restrictions, and services entered as ordered.
• Sets up and administers injections under provider supervision.
• Enters information into the system according to Pain Management protocol.
• Collects and documents UDS as requested and per regulations.
• Completes checklists for Blood Thinners, Procedures, and RFAs.
• Cleans and stocks exam rooms; adheres to universal precautions.
• Review company policies; perform additional duties as scope allows.
