Job summary

Mountain View Pain Center seeks a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient pain management clinic. You will evaluate new and established patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include performing focused physical exams, prescribing medications within guidelines, ordering tests, and maintaining meticulous EHR documentation.

Qualifications

• Current NP or PA license in the relevant state.
• Active DEA license.
• Experience in outpatient pain management preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new patient evaluations and follow-up visits.
• Perform musculoskeletal and focused physical exams.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications in accordance with guidelines.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Coordinate care with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Perform minor procedures (training provided).
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EHR.
