Job summary

Mountain View Pain Center in Lone Tree, CO, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for outpatient pain management. You will evaluate new and established patients, develop comprehensive treatment plans, and coordinate care with physicians.

This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, no on-call or weekend duties, a competitive salary range of $100,000–$130,000, full benefits, and opportunities for training in interventional pain procedures within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Active NP or PA license and DEA registration.
• Experience in pain management preferred.
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new patient evaluations and follow-up visits.
• Perform musculoskeletal and focused physical exams.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications in accordance with guidelines.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Coordinate care with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Perform minor procedures (training provided).
• Maintain accurate and timely EHR documentation.
