Job summary

Epic Pain Management in Dallas, Texas is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Pain Management Physician to join our expanding practice. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM–5:00 PM) with zero call and strong clinical and operational support to focus on patient care and procedures.

You'll build your presence in the Dallas community, collaborate with a physician-led team, and enjoy dedicated MA/scribe support, malpractice coverage, CME time, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Fellowship training in Pain Management.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Pain Medicine.
• Active Texas medical license or eligibility.
• DEA license or eligibility and credentials.
• Strong clinical judgment and procedural skills.
• Excellent communication and patient-centered approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Commitment to ethical practice and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with acute and chronic pain conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based, minimally invasive approaches.
• Perform fluoroscopy-guided interventional pain procedures: epidural steroid injections, medial branch blocks, radiofrequency ablations, facet joint injections, nerve blocks.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation with dedicated scribe support.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining clinical excellence.
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Stay current with advances in pain medicine through continuing education and professional development.
