Job summary

Epic Pain Management in Mission, Texas, is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Pain Management Physician (MD/DO) with fellowship training to join our growing practice. The role offers a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule with zero call and dedicated MA/scribe support to focus on patient care and procedure growth.

We provide clinical autonomy within a physician-led, mentor-supported environment with established infrastructure, credentialing, and Texas license assistance as we expand

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Fellowship training in Pain Management required.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Pain Medicine.
• Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• DEA license or eligibility to obtain one and appropriate medical credentials.
• Strong clinical judgment and procedural skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Commitment to ethical practice, compliance, and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with acute and chronic pain conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based, minimally invasive approaches.
• Perform fluoroscopy-guided interventional pain procedures (e.g., epidural steroid injections, medial branch blocks, root nerve blocks, facet injections, and other procedures).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation with scribe support.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining clinical excellence.
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Stay current with advances in pain medicine through continuing education and professional development.
