Job summary

Epic Pain Management in Houston, Texas is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Pain Management Physician (MD/DO) to join our physician-led, growth-oriented practice. This full-time role features a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule, zero call, mentorship, scribe support, and robust clinical and operational infrastructure to focus on patient care and interventional procedures.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Fellowship training in Pain Management.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Pain Medicine.
• Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• DEA license or eligibility to obtain one and appropriate medical credentials.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with acute and chronic pain conditions including spinal, neuropathic, and injury-related pain.
• Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based, minimally invasive approaches.
• Perform fluoroscopy-guided interventional pain procedures (epidural injections, medial branch blocks, RF ablations, facet injections, nerve blocks).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation with scribe support.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care and maintain clinical excellence.
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Stay current with advances in pain medicine through continuing education.
