Job summary

Epic Pain Management in Mission, Texas is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Pain Management Physician (MD/DO) with fellowship training for a full-time role. Enjoy autonomy, mentorship, dedicated MA/scribe support, and a strong clinical and operational infrastructure.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, zero call, and opportunities to grow your practice within a physician-led group. You will evaluate and treat patients with acute and chronic pain, perform fluoroscopy-guided

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible Pain Management Physician with fellowship training.
• MD/DO credentials required; fellowship in pain management preferred.
• Ability to perform interventional pain procedures.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with acute and chronic pain conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches.
• Perform fluoroscopy-guided interventional procedures (e.g., epidural injections, nerve blocks, RF ablations).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain timely documentation with support staff.
• Contribute to quality assurance and practice development initiatives.

Epic Pain Management is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Pain Management Physician (MD/DO) with fellowship training to join our growing Mission practice.

Each physician is supported by 1–2 dedicated Medical Assistants who also function as clinical scribes, helping reduce documentation burden and minimize after-hours charting.

Combined with dedicated scheduling, credentialing, and operational support, our infrastructure gives you more time to evaluate patients, perform procedures, develop treatment plans, and build meaningful patient relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with acute and chronic pain conditions, including spinal, neuropathic, and accident-related injuries
• Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based, minimally invasive approaches
• Perform fluoroscopy-guided interventional pain procedures, including:
  • Epidural steroid injections
  • Medial branch blocks
  • Radiofrequency ablations
  • Facet joint injections
  • Nerve blocks
  • Other minimally invasive pain interventions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation with dedicated scribe support
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining clinical excellence
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
