Job summary

Epic Pain Management in Corpus Christi, Texas, is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Pain Management Physician (MD/DO) with fellowship training to join our growing practice. This role offers autonomy, mentorship, scribe support, zero call, and a strong clinical and operational infrastructure to focus on patients and procedures.

You will evaluate and treat acute and chronic pain, develop individualized plans, and perform fluoroscopy-guided interventions.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of fellowship training in Pain Management.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Pain Medicine.
• Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• DEA license or eligibility to obtain one and appropriate medical credentials.
• Strong clinical judgment and procedural skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Commitment to ethical practice, compliance, and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with acute and chronic pain conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based, minimally invasive approaches.
• Perform fluoroscopy-guided interventional pain procedures (epidural steroid injections, facet injections, nerve blocks, etc.).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation with dedicated scribe support.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining clinical excellence.
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Stay current with advances in pain medicine through continuing education.
