Oregon Medical Group, part of the Optum family, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate for Interventional Pain Management in Eugene, Oregon. The role includes new consultations, follow-ups, post-procedure visits, and in-office procedures with 15–20 patients daily.

The position emphasizes a four-day schedule with no call, in a procedure-focused practice, collaborating with an experienced pain specialist and care team. Oregon license and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and/or professional certification beyond a four-year degree.
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate program.
• Unrestricted Oregon license to practice medicine, or ability to obtain one.
• Current American Heart Association BLS before starting.
• Strong patient-care and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Work a full-time schedule of four 10-hour shifts.
• Care for an adult-only patient population.
• Perform procedures including joint and trigger point injections, occipital nerve blocks, and Botox for migraines.
• Work in a procedure-focused practice with limited medication-management responsibilities.
• Collaborate with an experienced Interventional Pain specialist and multidisciplinary care team.
• Use EPIC EMR with DAX AI-powered documentation technology.

What You'll Do
