Oregon Medical Group, part of Optum, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for the Pain Management team in Eugene, OR. This outpatient role focuses on interventional procedures with a collaborative team and robust support, including EPIC EMR and X-ray access.

The position offers a four-day work week, no call, and a strong learning environment with mentorship and growth opportunities within a nationwide care organization.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from a four-year college is required.
• Certificate of completion from an accredited Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant program required.
• Unrestricted license to practice medicine in Oregon or ability to obtain.
• Current BLS certification by American Heart Association is required prior to start.
• Excellent patient care and time management skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Outpatient interventional pain management practice.
• Full-time, 4-day work week (four 10-hour shifts).
• Average patient volume of 15–20 patients per day.
• Perform in-office procedures including joint injections, trigger point injections, occipital nerve blocks, and Botox for migraines.
• Utilize ultrasound-guided injection techniques where applicable.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team and EPIC EMR with DAX AI-powered documentation.
• No on-call responsibilities.
