Job summary

Oregon Medical Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate to join the Pain Management team in Eugene, Oregon. This outpatient role features interventional procedures, a four-day workweek, and a collaborative care setting with dedicated Medical Assistant support.

The position focuses on adult patients 18+, using ultrasound-guided injections and Botox for migraines, with a strong emphasis on mentorship and EMR efficiency through DAX AI-powered documentation.

Qualifications

Master's degree required and professional certification
Unrestricted license to practice in Oregon or ability to obtain
Certificate of completion from an accredited NP/PA program
Current BLS from AHA prior to start
Excellent patient care and time management skills

Responsibilities

Outpatient interventional pain management with a four-day workweek
Handle 15-20 patients daily with a mix of consultations, follow-ups and post-procedure visits
Perform in-office procedures including injections (joint, trigger point, occipital nerve blocks) and Botox
Collaborate with Interventional Pain specialists and Medical Assistant support
Operate with EPIC EMR and DAX AI documentation in a learning environment
