Job summary

Oregon Medical Group in Eugene, OR is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate to join the Pain Management team. This outpatient role features an interventional focus, a four-day workweek, and a collaborative care environment with dedicated support.

You will work alongside an experienced pain specialist, perform in-office procedures, and use EPIC EMR with DAX AI-powered documentation. The patient population is adults 18+, with diverse musculoskeletal needs.

Qualifications

Master's degree from a four-year college and/or a professional certification beyond a four-year college.
Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of Oregon or ability to obtain
Certificate of completion from an accredited Nurse Practitioner/Physician Associate Program
Current BLS from the American Heart Association prior to start
Excellent patient care and time management skills.

Responsibilities

Outpatient interventional pain management with a four-day workweek (four 10-hour shifts).
Perform in-office procedures including joint injections, trigger point injections, occipital nerve blocks, and Botox for migraines.
Utilize ultrasound-guided joint injection techniques and EPIC EMR with DAX AI-powered documentation.
Care for adults 18+ with chronic pain, acute injuries, and musculoskeletal conditions.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and receive dedicated Medical Assistant support.
