Job summary

Lifekind Health in Victorville, CA is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our UTC program, delivering patient-centered care within a transdisciplinary team. You will provide comprehensive medical solutions in a holistic model alongside doctors, chiropractors, and behavioral health providers.

We support a multimodal approach to pain management, relocation assistance for CA-licensed NPs, and generous benefits. Clinics operate seven days a week with weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Active California Nurse Practitioner license.
• Current Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Current DEA registration or eligibility to obtain one.
• At least 1 year of NP experience preferred but not required.
• Experience or interest in pain management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage chronic pain conditions as part of comprehensive care plans, integrating pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic therapies.
• Collaborate with pain management specialists and complementary providers to develop individualized multimodal pain treatment strategies.
• Perform interventional pain procedures as trained and credentialed, including joint injections and trigger point injections.
• Educate patients on safe pain management practices including opioid stewardship and self-management techniques.
• Monitor treatment efficacy and adjust care plans to optimize function and quality of life.
• Deliver care using a holistic, interdisciplinary approach within our UTC model.
